Pittsford sits squarely in the path of totality of the solar eclipse that will occur on April 8, 2024.  The Town is celebrating with programs and activities highlighting the science behind the event and the wonder of learning about the natural world.  How do we know the eclipse will happen on April 8?  How do we know the very minute it starts?  Why does it happen?  Learn the answers and much more as you join us for the Town’s totally fun Total Eclipse Community Celebration featuring eclipse-themed offerings from now through April!
