Thursday Morning Movie Matinees for Seniors

Seniors, join us on for a free morning movie matinee, popcorn and breakfast treats, then stay afterward for an optional pizza lunch if you'd like! Registration is required.

Held in the VanHuysen Community Room at the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center, our movies begin at 10:30am. Enjoy complimentary coffee, breakfast pastries and popcorn while you watch. An optional lunch of pizza, salad and dessert is available after the movie at a cost of $6.00. Advance reservations are required for the movie and for lunch. Beetlejuice - November 2

Reservations required by Tuesday, October 31. Seniors, join us on Monday, November 2, for a free morning movie matinee of Beetlejuice – a classic dark comedy! Enjoy a complimentary selection of coffee, breakfast pastries and popcorn while you watch the film, then stay afterward for a lunch of pizza, salad, and dessert if you’d like!

Beetlejuice stars Geena Davis, Alex Baldwin, and Michael Keaton. After Barbara and Alan perish in a car accident, they find that their spirit selves are unable to leave the confines of their former country home. When the insufferable Deetzes move in, Barbara and Alan try their best to haunt them out of the house but fail to scare the new family away. Their efforts summon Beetlejuice, a crafty spirit who promises to help rid their home of its unwanted guests. Mayhem and hilarity ensue!

The movie begins at 10:30am in the VanHuysen Community Room at the Spiegel Pittsford Community Center. The movie and snacks are free; the cost for the optional lunch is $6.00 per person. Please note, so we can plan accordingly, registration is required for the movie and for the lunch.
